• Account Credentials: When you sign up, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in via Google, GitHub, or Microsoft, we receive authentication tokens and user IDs from these third-party identity providers under Firebase Auth.
• Linked Social Accounts: If you choose to connect your Discord or Minecraft accounts, we collect and store your Discord ID, Discord Username, Minecraft UUID, and Minecraft Username to automate whitelisting and role synchronization.
• Payment & Billing History: Purchases are handled directly by Stripe. We do not store raw credit card details on our servers. We receive and store Stripe Customer IDs, Subscription IDs, Checkout Session details, and basic transaction records (amount, products bought) for account bookkeeping.
• Server & Network Logs: When you connect to this Site or our Minecraft Server, our systems automatically log your IP address, browser user-agent, game connection timestamps, and game logs. This is necessary to prevent DDoS attacks, identify bugs, and moderate rule violations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your player profile and authenticate your sessions.
• To synchronize your purchase history with in-game whitelists and Discord roles.

Please note that certain transaction logs and billing details associated with Stripe purchases are retained as required by U.S. and international tax, financial, and legal regulations, and will not be deleted upon account closure.

We implement industry-standard technical measures (such as SSL encryption, Firebase Auth access tokens, and a secured API bridge token) to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet or game network can be guaranteed 100% secure. You use our services at your own risk.
