1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website (the "Site"), registering an account, linking your Discord or Minecraft accounts, or participating in the Technomads Minecraft Server (the "Server"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site or the Server. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of Technomads.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country of residence (whichever is greater), to register an account or use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including Firebase, Discord, or Microsoft logins used to authenticate) and for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify staff immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. User Conduct & Server Rules

Your access to the Server and Site is conditioned upon your compliance with the community rules. You agree not to:

• Engage in griefing, stealing, duping, exploiting game mechanics, or bypassing claim protections.
• Deploy excessively unperformant or server-lagging contraptions. Staff reserves the right to freeze, modify, or delete entities that disrupt server health.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other community members or staff.
• Advertise other servers, products, or commercial ventures without explicit written permission.
• Use client-side modifications, cheats, hacks, or automated scripts that grant unfair advantages.

Staff retains absolute discretion to issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans for conduct deemed detrimental to the server community or infrastructure, regardless of whether a specific behavior is explicitly written in the rules.

4. Supporter Perks & Store Purchases

Technomads offers voluntary subscriptions (Wingman, Wayfarer, Sky Warden) and one-time supporter donations. These transactions are processed securely through Stripe.

• Nature of Virtual Perks: All supporter purchases represent a voluntary contribution to server upkeep. In exchange, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access in-game rewards, roles, and cosmetic titles. These virtual benefits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• No Transferability: Entitlements are bound directly to your registered Minecraft UUID and Discord ID. They cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or bartered.
• Refund Policy: All purchases are final. Because digital goods and perks are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or billing adjustments, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Bans

If you experience billing issues or wish to cancel a recurring subscription, you must manage your billing through the Stripe Customer Portal on your dashboard or contact our support team.

Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request with your card issuer, bank, or payment processor (Stripe) without contacting support first is considered a breach of these Terms.

CRITICAL NOTICE: Initiating a dispute will result in the immediate suspension of your Technomads account, a permanent ban from the Minecraft Server and Discord guild, and a complete revocation of all digital entitlements (Hard Revoke). We reserve the right to submit transaction records and whitelist logs to Stripe to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Intellectual Property & Affiliations

The Site, its design, logos, graphics, custom plugins, and software are the intellectual property of Technomads. Minecraft and its assets are the property of Mojang Synergies AB and Microsoft Corporation.

Technomads is an independent fan-made community server. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Synergies AB, Microsoft Corporation, CurseForge, or the official Create Aeronautics development team.

7. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers

THE SITE, SERVER, MODPACK ACCESS, AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND"AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TECHNOMADS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Site or Server will be uninterrupted, error-free, lag-free, or secure. We are not liable for any data loss, item loss due to server crashes, claim rollbacks, or service downtime. Under no circumstances shall the operators or staff of Technomads be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the services.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
